Back by popular demand, the Wine Hospitality Training Course returns this spring semester as part of NVC's growing Wine and Food Pathway—an essential step toward the future Wine and Hospitality Training Center at Napa Valley College.

This dynamic course offers a behind-the-scenes tour of the wine world, covering viticulture, enology, Napa's rich wine history, and the personalities that bring it all to life. Led by McPherson Distinguished Teacher Paul Wagner, you’ll learn the art of table service, wine tasting, and even how to sell wine like a pro.
Whether you’re looking to elevate your dinner party conversations or pursue a career in the wine industry, this class is your key to unlocking Napa Valley’s most celebrated product.
